This page explains what information Liam Mgmt collects, how we use it, and what choices you have. We've kept it short and plain. If anything here is unclear, email hello@liammgmt.com and we'll explain.
01 — Who we are.
Liam Mgmt is a boutique talent management agency representing male models and digital creators. Liam Mgmt is a registered trade name of Liam Enterprises LLC, headquartered in New York, with additional offices in Los Angeles, Miami, and Dallas.
This privacy notice covers the website at liammgmt.com and any data collected through it, including applications submitted through the Get Scouted form.
02 — What we collect.
From visitors browsing the site
Nothing meaningful. We don't run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts that profile you. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit) for normal operational purposes.
From applicants using the Get Scouted form
If you submit an application, we collect what you give us:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Date of birth, gender, location (city, state, country)
- Instagram handle, if you choose to share it
- Physical measurements (height, weight, hair, eyes, sizes)
- Photos you upload (close-up, profile, waist-up, full length)
- Anything you write in the open-text field about your goals or background
- Modeling experience level
We don't collect financial information, government IDs, or sensitive data beyond what's listed above.
03 — Why we collect it.
One reason: to evaluate whether you might be a fit for our roster. The contact information lets us reach out if we want to follow up. The photos and measurements let us assess whether you'd be suitable for the kinds of work our talent gets booked for.
We don't use your information for advertising, marketing lists, or anything unrelated to talent representation.
04 — Where it's stored.
Application data flows through two third-party services we use to run the site:
- Cloudinary hosts the photos you upload. Photos go directly from your browser to Cloudinary and are stored on their servers.
- Formspree processes the form submission and emails it to our team. Formspree retains a copy of submissions in their system as part of their service.
Both services have their own privacy practices. You can read Cloudinary's at cloudinary.com/privacy and Formspree's at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
The email containing your application lands in our inbox at desk@liammgmt.com, which runs on standard business email infrastructure.
06 — How long we keep it.
We keep applications until you ask us to delete them. If you applied and weren't signed, your information stays in our system in case your fit for the roster changes over time, or in case a different opportunity comes up that suits you. You can request deletion at any time and we'll delete it promptly.
To request deletion, email desk@liammgmt.com from the email address you used to apply, with the subject line "Delete my application."
07 — Applicants under 18.
We accept applications from minors (under 18) only with explicit parent or legal guardian consent. If you're under 18 and want to apply:
- A parent or legal guardian must submit the application on your behalf, or be present and consenting when you submit it.
- Photos must be tasteful and age-appropriate. We will never request, accept, or retain images of minors that are nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive in any way.
- If we move forward with representation, the talent agreement must be signed by your parent or guardian.
If you submit an application as a minor without guardian involvement, we will delete it.
08 — Your rights.
You have the right to:
- Know what information we have about you.
- Correct information that's inaccurate.
- Delete your information from our systems.
- Withdraw consent for us to keep or use your information at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email desk@liammgmt.com from the email address connected to your application. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you're in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA. The rights above apply to you regardless of jurisdiction.
10 — Changes to this notice.
If we update this privacy notice, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will change. Substantial changes will be flagged when you next visit the site. The current version is always available at liammgmt.com/privacy.html.
